We offer tried and tested innovative approaches to improve an organization’s efficiencies, economical position, and effectiveness through a Continuous Process Improvement Team Approach. One of our specialties is establishing internal management controls, which also enhance security, and improving processes to build Anti-Corruption Capacity.

We offer a host of different options for both small and large scale organizations alike. We can investigate ongoing issues that make an organization less efficient and then issue a report, train an organization’s employees and get them certified as “Green Belts” in Lean Six Sigma, or augment your organization’s work force on a continuing basis. Our Principal trainers have had successes in Afghanistan and Iraq as well as various military departments such as the U.S. Air Force and Army.

Making ourselved distinctive is that we spend a prodigious amount of time teaching and coaching by our personnel. We find gulfs between mission/strategic requirements and actual performance. Finally, we offer a Help Line for at least three (3) months after an engagement ends.
